Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to request an exchange under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Items such as custom-cut wallpapers, clearance items, and assembled furniture are non-exchangeable.

2. Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer support via email with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  • If approved, we will arrange for return shipping or guide you to the nearest drop-off point (if applicable).

3. Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For other exchanges (e.g., size or design preference), the customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved.

4. Furniture & Bulky Items

  • Due to handling complexity, furniture and large items can only be exchanged if they arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects.

  • We may request additional inspection photos or videos before approving the exchange.

5. Processing Time

Once the item is returned and inspected, the exchange item will be shipped out within 5–7 business days. We will notify you once it’s on the way.
