We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. For bulky furniture items, delivery may be limited to selected areas — please check product pages or contact us for details.
2. Shipping Charges
Small items (e.g., rugs, wallpaper, décor items): Standard courier rates apply, calculated at checkout.
Bulky or heavy items (e.g., sofas, dining tables, beds): Special delivery charges may apply based on size, weight, and delivery location. These will be shown during checkout or communicated after order placement.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 business days
East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
Furniture or oversized items: 7–14 business days (subject to delivery schedules)
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or inaccessible location, redelivery fees may apply. Please ensure your contact details and address are correct.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage customers to inspect large or fragile items upon delivery. Report any damages within 24 hours to be eligible for replacements or claims.
